Lemon water :

lemon water is a highly effective way of detoxifying the body. Fresh lemon juice enhances the water’s ability to draw out toxins from the body. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into warm water with honey (or agave syrup for vegans) and drink each morning to help rid your body of toxins.

Heavy mental detox juice :

These days, our bodies are exposed to damaging heavy metals and free radicals through water, food and environment. When the body is overloaded with heavy metals and toxins, it poisons our body, inflicting damage on almost every system and organ, potentially causing damage to the brain, digestive system, liver, and other parts of our nervous system, as well as causing chronic illnesses. Toxic heavy metals put an immense burden on our immune system, leaving us vulnerable to a variety of illnesses. It is essential that we eliminate these toxins by combining a variety of foods that are rich in antioxidants and detoxifying properties in our everyday diet.

4 apples

4 celery stalks

1 lemon

1 lime

1 tbsp barley grass (add wheatgrass if you like too)

few chunks of pineapple

The ultimate beauty smoothie :

Papaya contains an enzyme called papain helps support collagen growth which is essential for skin health, along with Vitamin A & C. The Beta-carotene in mangos and carrots help restore and replenish both skin and hair. Berries are packed with antioxidants, phytochemicals and phytonutrients that help fight free radical damage which play a huge role in deteriorating skin. Adding a tbsp of oil such as avocado, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, argan or primrose helps give our skin an extra boost.

1 papaya

1 carrot

1 banana

1 mango

1 orange

1 lime

handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 cups of water

2tbsps udo’s choice organic oil blend (or viridian’s organic clear skin omega mix)

Glowing skin :

I started putting aloe vera in everything because not only does it draw toxins and heavy metals out of the body, it also aids in weight loss, stimulating the digestion and immune function. This juice is rich with antioxidants that help protect against sun and free radical damage and is packed with vitamin A, B,C, D, E, K folic acid, iron and silica, all essential skin nutrients.

Immunity booster :

I don’t think one can ever have enough oranges, lemons, ginger or turmeric in one’s life! Ginger and turmeric especially are foods with the highest antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is the cause of many chronic disease and when are immunity is lowered, we become more susceptible to all of them. So Anything packed with vitamin C + ginger and turmeric are your superfood heros.

love your liver :

Pineapples are a good source of vitamin C and beta-carotene, that have strong anti-inflammatory properties, so adding pineapple (and cherries) into any juice after a workout will help with muscle recovery! This juice is packed with enzymes, Vitamins such as B6, C & k, as well as folate, potassium and minerals. Celery and ginger both help protect the liver by increasing the levels of antioxidant enzymes that are for liver health. Grapefruit, lemons and other citrus fruits contain high amounts of vitamin c and antioxidants which increases the natural cleansing process of the liver.

Half a pineapple

Happy hormones :

This is one to combat sugar cravings and low energy. Whenever I feel a bit low, it gives me an instant boost. Chia seeds are your greatest source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids for skin and hair health, and Cacao has endless benefits such as reducing heart disease, boosting immunity, shedding fats, and increasing energy. Cacao is renown for boosting brain levels of serotonin and protecting cells from premature oxidation, so I highly recommend a tbsp of cacao in this delicious smoothie everyday!

1 tbsp cacao power

1 banana

almond milk (hemp seed milk & brown rice milk, oat milk or coconut milk also work great)

1 tbsp chia seed

1 tbsp peanut butter/almond butter

Purple cleanse

Both purple cabbage and purple grape help with the elimination of waste. This is another juice i would recommend for those with irregular bowel movement or who suffer from constipation and bloat.

Pack of purple Grapes

Half a purple cabbage

Handful of flax seeds

Muscle recovery :

Cherries have potent nutrients that accelerate the elimination of waste products that are produced during training and can result in a build up of lactic acid. Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which helps digest protein, reduce inflammation and ease joint pain.

half a pineapple

2 cups of coconut water

1 banana

A bunch of cherries
